Applications are reviewed by the mission team. Selection prioritizes senior decision-makers whose participation contributes to the delegation's depth and the country's longer-term trade relationships. You'll hear back within two weeks of submitting.

Neither. There is no pitch, no product launch, no staged photo ops. The mission is structured as a working delegation — candid site visits, unscripted conversations, and closed-door meetings with the people shaping the country's diamond economy.

Most passports require a visa for entry; we coordinate this for accepted delegates. Yellow fever vaccination is required. A detailed health, insurance, and travel briefing is sent once your application is accepted.

Mining site visits involve walking on uneven, sometimes muddy ground, and standing for extended periods outdoors. Nothing strenuous, but you should be comfortable with a full day on your feet in warm, humid conditions.

The working program is limited to 15 delegates. In limited cases, companions can join the optional beach extension. Please note this in your application.

Accepted delegates are asked for a refundable deposit to secure their seat. Full terms — including cancellation windows and force majeure provisions — are provided in the acceptance packet.
